Baxter Springs is a sediment-hosted gold system boasting extensive gold mineralization hosted in Ordovician sedimentary slope facies rocks. The property is located in the Toquima Range, approximately 29 kilometres south of Round Mountain, Nevada and 10 kilometres south of the Manhattan Mine, formerly operated by Echo Bay. It consists of 60 unpatented lode claims on BLM land.
